Return Policy

If for any reason you wish to return products, the first step is to notify us of your return request via Instagram within 48 hours of receiving the unused product.

Size exchanges are available.

Once your order is placed and until it is delivered, cancellations or exchanges cannot be made.

Only unused products can be returned. Used products cannot be returned but may be exchanged for a different size or a different item.

In case of a size mismatch, size exchanges can be made easily.

You may cancel your order within 1 hour after placing it.

Cosmetic products, underwear, shoes, socks, and other items that require hygienic conditions cannot be returned.

After notifying us of your return request via Instagram, Labelcult will respond to you within 2 business days. Requests sent via email will not be processed; please contact us only through Instagram.

Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging. You can return them using our contracted courier service. The return address will be shared with you after your return request is approved. Returns sent to the wrong address cannot be accepted.

Once the products reach us, your payment will be refunded via your original payment method within 14 days.

When your return arrives, the product condition will be checked. If it complies with the return conditions, the refund process will begin.

Note: Shipping costs and customs fees for returns are paid by the customer. Only the product price is refunded. A deduction of $20 per product will be applied to cover current costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This fee does not apply to orders shipped from within Turkey.

Important: For custom-made products, fabric and labor costs will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

General Return Conditions

  • Returns must always be made with the original box or packaging.

  • Returns will not be accepted for products whose original box/packaging is damaged, missing, or no longer reusable.
