Labelcult Return Policy

Dear Customer,

At Labelcult, we aim to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the products you have purchased, you may request a return and refund in accordance with the policy outlined below.

Return Policy

If you wish to return a product for any reason, you must first notify us of your return request via Instagram within 48 hours, provided that the product is unused.

  • Size exchanges are available.

  • Returns or exchanges cannot be made from the time the order is placed until it is delivered to you.

  • Only unused products are eligible for return. Used products cannot be returned; however, they may be exchanged for a different size or a different product.

  • In the case of size incompatibility, exchanges can be carried out easily.

  • Order cancellations can be made within 1 hour after placing the order.

  • Returns are not accepted for products requiring hygienic conditions, such as cosmetics, underwear, shoes, and socks.

After you submit your return request via Instagram, Labelcult will get back to you within 2 business days.

Return requests sent via email will not be responded to; please contact us only through Instagram.

  • Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

  • You may return products using our contracted shipping company, MNG Cargo.

  • The return address will be shared with you after your return request is approved.

  • Returns sent to an incorrect address will not be accepted.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date the product reaches us, using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Once your return reaches us, the product condition will be inspected, and if it meets the required conditions, the refund process will be initiated.

Notes

  • Round-trip shipping costs and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Only the product price will be refunded to the buyer.

  • A current deduction of 596 TL per product is applied.

  • Return shipping costs belong to the customer. (This fee does not apply to orders shipped from within Turkey.)

Important: For custom-made products, the remaining amount will be refunded after calculating labor and fabric costs.

General Return Conditions

  • Returns must be made with the original box or packaging.

  • Products whose original box/packaging is damaged, incomplete, defective, or has lost its reusability will not be accepted for return.

Please note: To ensure that return processes are completed quickly and smoothly, we kindly ask you to return your products in accordance with the conditions stated above.
